A lovely stay for a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids). The pool room was an amazing bonus. The kitchen is well equipped and everyone was happy to have a TV in their bedroom. Very much an enjoyable stay in which we would all recommend to others, especially for a big family mini break. 🙂

House was gorgeous for the two families who visited together. Only thing was due to low garden walls my dog managed to get to the front of the property and out the shared driveway onto the road. I would not go again for that reason, otherwise property was perfect

What a great time we all had in a very comfortable home. Firstly, it’s huge, and can accommodate the number of people claimed no problem. Saying that, it did feel cosy and well equipped. Very clean and great water pressure for showers. The location is idilic but a wee bit out of the way so make sure you pack all your necessities. Dumfries is only 10mins by car and has plenty of shops and fast food outlets. Didn’t use the internet connection so can’t comment. Parking can be tight as there is another let behind the house. We stayed as storm passed and even though it was sheets of rain and high winds, inside was lovely and quiet. Clear instructions contained in the manual which provides useful information. Pool table/games room is a brilliant idea. Just braw………

We chose the house for a large family get together because it had a ground floor en-suite bedroom which was necessary for one of our party. The house was comfortable and cosy and we had a great time.
